Probably the best engineered custom Blow Off Valve of it's type on the market. 100 % custom fabrication to order, not available anywhere else.
As used on the CA supercharger system for the E39 M5, E46 M3 etc.
Large volume and ultra - fast evacuation of air ensures optimum operation to prevent air - stalls, wide open throttle lag, stress fractures on plenums and other common problems on force - inducted engines.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- CNC machined using MAZAK equipment and processes with hardmetal carbide bits.
- Aircraft grade EN AW 7075 Aluminium billet outer casing with Oil - Bronze piston for effective sealing and smooth operation
- Components designed using Floworks CFD
- Operational range 0.25 to 1.7 bar
- Variable adjustment of operational boost range by threaded adjuster mechanism
- 50mm diameter inlet
- Evacuation rate 780+cfm @10psi (0.68 Bar)
