The HSD HR coilover is exactly what the performance tuning scene has been crying out for. No longer do you have to accept an inferior/compromised product when spending less than £1000 on coilover suspension.

The HSD HR has been specced by HSD Europe, for our roads, and tracks, with the knowledge and experience gained by HSD Europe using the now world famous Driftworks Control System Coilover made by HSD.

HSD Coilovers use a very well respected and proven Monotube damper design combined with high quality hardware. This level of quality and performance is usually found on much more expensive suspension products. This is high end competition winning suspension available direct from the factory at affordable prices.

Due to the excellent handling characteristics of our monotube dampers, HSD coilovers give a supple, sporty and perfectly damped ride.

They soak up bumps and jolts effortlessly, yet firm up when needed to give exceptional road holding and handling on fast road and the track.

Cheaper aftermarket dampers use Twintube design with low pressure gas, whereas our monotube damper design uses large diameter pistons and a much higher gas pressure to better stabilise the oil within, even under extreme, prolonged use

Ride height is fully adjustable on all our coilovers by adjusting where the mounting bracket sits on the damper.

This means a very wide range of height adjustment is possible without affecting the spring pre-load or the damper stroke length. So whether you want sporty or totally slammed, you still get the full performance of the damper

Our 16 Stage damping adjustment allows quick, easy and accurate control of the damping so you can tune it to suit your style and setup.

Each damper is specifically valved for the particular application. Many coilover companies have a generic damper that uses the same range regardless of the weight of the car, so you could find that a set for a honda civic and a set for a Toyota Supra use the same damper. This is yet another area where HSD beat the competition every time..

The highest quality materials are used to produce individual suspension solutions that enable customers to adjust vehicle height according to their wishes and needs. Within the TÜV-tested adjustment parameters, this can be easily achieved using the purple-colored aluminum spring collars by adjusting the position of the yellow coated springs upwards or downwards via a specially designed exterior thread.

The stainless steel strut housings are employed, and are available in three different damping technologies. The complete systems including high-quality yellow springs, purple aluminum components and Elastomer bump stops with integrated dust protection system, provide a unique comprehensive solution for a personalized vehicle suspension system that meets all performance and quality demands.

KW offer Coilover suspension systems in the following options:

Variant 1:
The ideal system for customers wishing to rely on the experience of our engineers yet determine their own degree of lowering. In extensive driving tests our engineers have set the dampers for the best balance between sporty driving, comfort and safety.

Variant 2:
The system intended for the experienced driver who requires to not only determine the individual lowering of their vehicle, but adjust the damper setting to fine tune the system to their needs. The adjustable damper rebound settings allows adjustment of the pitch and roll behavior of the vehicle, adapting it to one‘s own driving preferences.

Variant 3:
The new Variant 3 is state-of-the-art technology for the skilled and experienced driver. The separate and independent compression and rebound damping options allow a truly individual driving set-up. These unique systems with the 3 individually adjustable components, allows for adjustment of the compression of the damper in the low-speed range, while the highspeed set-up, so decisive for driving comfort, has been preset by our engineers.

Street Comfort:
KW street comfort in stainless steel technology “inox-line” are developed especially for ambitious customers who demand comfort,safe driving quality but with discreet and individual lowering adjustment. The vehicle can be height adjusted from 5-45 mm on front and rear axle. All coilover kits are equipped with a shock absorber which can be adjusted in rebound damping for more comfort.

Clubsport:
Nürburgring Nordschleife is the most popular race track for using our KW Clubsport suspension kits. High performance sports cars,modified saloons as well as classical sport compact cars are tuned in weight, engine and wheels for their use on several race tracks.
These improvements are made for a better handling on track sport events, race taxi drives, visitor drives and equability tests particularly on the Nürburgring Nordschleife. Due to these modifications of the car some parameters are changing. Therefore, the road setups are
no longer ideal for the performance of the car. For this use we offer special clubsport kits which have been adapted to the changed requirements by changing spring and shock setup as well as the installation of racing top mounts.

NITRON shock absorbers combine outstanding performance with exquisite product design. Whether for road or track NITRON suspension kitS offer fade free operation lap after lap.

The NTR has evolved from NITRON's fully adjustable race dampers, with developments being incorporated into the latest products. So as a result of the modular design, the top end components are included right throughout the Nitron range.

All NITRON shocks are gas monotube shim type with a high pressure gas charge. Couple this with a large piston area and an all alloy construction and you get an ultra low friction damper with excellent heat dissipation properties, ensuring total reliability and fade resistance.

These kits are hand built in the UK to order, and so can be customised to individual requirements.

Nitron offer three kit options :

1. NTR SPORT ... for fast road and occasional track day use, uses oem style rubber top mounts for best street compliance; 1 way 24 position damper adjustment.

2. NTR RACE R1... Embraced by racers and race series around the world, NTR Race R1 kits provide the answer to uncompromising quality, reliability and performance without the need for a remote canister. A double-acting, single dial offers effortless 24 way adjustment for both compression and damping, helping to rapidly react and adapt to changing circuit conditions.

Unlike most other coilover brands, for most applications you have the option of full rear coilover set up,as well as the more common barrel spring on height adjustment platform.

3.RACE R1+... Embraced by racers and race series around the world, NTR Race R1 kits provide the answer to uncompromising quality, reliability and performance without the need for a remote canister. A double-acting, single dial offers effortless 24 way adjustment for both compression and damping, helping to rapidly react and adapt to changing circuit conditions. RACE R1+ kits come with front adjustable top camber mounts.
