We offer a number of different sizes and thicknesses of real carbon fibre sheeting and angle / join elements for various uses.

Made from Cytec 919lb 2*2 twill woven Epoxy Pre-preg carbon fibre for best properties and surface finish.

Thinner sheets suitable for use as a cosmetic trim, thicker panels to make dash boards or door panels, interior trim or structural components by cutting with carbide cut off wheels in a high speed dremel or cnc water jet cutting.

A single ply can be cut to shape using a good quality pair of tailor's scissors.

FLAT SHEET ADVICE

Finished sheet is supplied with a rough bonding surface & a cosmetic semi gloss non UV stable polished surface (by wet flatting and machine buffing with Farleca G6 & G3 compounding pastes). You can achieve a high gloss UV stable finish by sanding and finishing with automotive 2K Spray Lacquer.

We can cover your Nitrous Oxide bottle or tank in real carbon fibre.

The image to the right shows a Nitrous Express 11lb bottle in black carbon fibre. Please Note that the apparent mild distortion of the weave pattern in places that you can see is mostly due to the lighting and photographic artefacts of the image, rather than the weave itself.

The CA is logo is optional, or you can select your own, the logos are laquered into the carbon for extra protection and lifetime.

The cost below does NOT include the bottle or any hardware, just the actual carbon lamination for an 11lb size bottle, other sizes may vary. We will gladly supply the bottles and hardware to your specification at extra but competitive cost, from companies such as:
