A very effective tuning package for the E60 M5 as independantly track and dyno proven. Please see video links below of our customer's car against E60 M5 / R35 GTR / Porsche.

Typical gains of approx 70 bhp on a factory stock M5.

The package consists of:

- RPI Intake scoop's and block off kit
- AFE High flow panel filters (to go in oem airboxes)

E60 M5 + 60 - 65 bhp Tune Package

In order to meet the latest emission laws, many late model cars have catalysts buit into the exhaust manifolds as pre- cats. The only drawback is that normally the catalysts would heat up very fast and to a high enough temperature to damage them or greatly reduce their efficiency and lifespan. To couteract this, the factory alters the ECU programe to deliver more fuel than would normally be the case, so that this fuel acts as a coolant; problem is that running such a high fuel to air ratio means the engine produces less power than otherwise.

With this package we CAREFULLY ALTER the internal structure of the pre – cats so not as much cooling is required, and custom remap the ECU to allow for the usual extra power as well as the modified manifolds.

This package typically liberates around 60 bhp at the flywheel on 98+ Ron fuel, without the need for expensive de catted headers / manifolds.

In ALMOST ALL cases emissions STILL remain within correct levels.

IMPORTANT NOTE : The attached dyno figures show the results of this conversion AT THE WHEELS and on poor 91 RON FUEL , a car we converted in Bahhrain! In other words they represent an absolute MINIMUM gain example. The displayed 35 bhp at wheel gain still equates to around 45bhp at the flywheel.

This package produces between an additional 50 and 60 bhp ( subject to condition of engine) with greatly improved throttle response and top speed de limited, and consists of:

- Stage 2 remap
- Evosport power pulley kit
- RPI scoops intake kit
- Eisenmann exhaust (oval tips for M6 / round tips for M5)

All parts and labours included.
