Like their highly praised system for the BMW M3, the new long tube exhaust manifolds for the E60 V10 M5 and E63 V10 M6 feature pulse tuned design, larger primary header pipes, and a unique collector configuration to increase airflow by 62% and eliminate cross-flow from adjacent ports.
This design not only improves exhaust efficiency, but increases horsepower. In addition, the headers include laser cut head flanges for precise fit, thermal stability and a leak-free seal. Further, they undergo a two-stage high-tech ceramic coating process. This coating, with a 2100 deg. F heat range, decreases heat retention in the exhaust system, increases exhaust scavenging effect (both adding power), reduces corrosion and lowers underhood radiated exhaust temperatures by 30-40%.

This is what makes Eisenmann unique... every Eisenmann exhaust built for CA Automotive Technologies' customers is custom built to your individual preferences for tip design (see table of tip design options at top right), fit and sound level.
Due to the custom built nature of these exhausts, the average delivery time is 3 weeks and you will be quoted a "latest delivery" time when ordering; Eisenmann have never yet failed to deliver by this date, in most cases customers receive their order within 2 weeks.

**If your preferred tip design is not listed on the price list for your vehicle don't worry, chances are we can still make your exhaust with your preferred tips.

Eisenmann also offer quad exit exhausts (four exit pipes) for many makes of car for the ultimate sport look and sound, along with new rear valances in many cases to accomodate the extra pipes.

SOUND LEVELS
Your exhaust will be built to one of these sound levels to your choice:

- Sport (a mid level sporty sound that gets louder as the revs rise, but is perfectly reasonable at low or cruising speeds)
- Race (...as the name suggests)

E60/1 M5 + E63/4 M6 High flow primary cat upgrade for stock headers.

Stock primaries, replacment 100-cell grade 1 HJS catalytic convertors fully assembled and welded with flange as a direct bolt on solution to stock downpipes.

As you can see from the picture the CAT's are very large and present an excellent power increase through the rpm range (dyno graphs in pics)

The taper from the collector to CAT and CAT to flange are long and smooth aiding smooth air flow.

This is an ideal fit and forget solution unlike a decat setup and present similar power gains.

HJS manufacture different grades of CAT and these are their premium quality ones.

You will not fail an emissions test which is done by measuring C02 and hydrocarbon levels with a probe in the exhaust tail pipes.

As far as the CEL light goes, we have had no issues at all.

This M5/M6 header manifold kit offers performance, quality and flexibility.

With a specially designed expansion chamber, torque is increased dramatically in the low and mid range while giving significant hp increase throughout the entire powerband. The RPi header set allows the user to switch between the factory catalytic converter and the race pipe via a specially designed v-band clamp.

The listed price includes a £850.00 core fee which is refunded once your original manifolds are returned to RPi in good condition.
