These VANOS elimination kits have been designed and engineered to completely replace the BMW OEM VANOS unit. Primarily intended for race use.

*This page lists the kit for E46 M3 S54 engine, please see Variations Section by using red link button top right for other engine applications (M50, S50/52 etc).

The S54 kit includes a cover plate, 2 gears, and hardware

This kit allows you to fully adjust cam timing and dial in your cams for optimum performance.

The S54 cover plate is also available as a seperate part at £360.

PLEASE NOTE : This kit is intended for those running with after market cams and standalone ECU's that don't need a cam sensor (batch firing). However for those running sequential ignition and cam control (like Motec or the OEM ECU) and / or retaining the OEM cams then you also require Vanos trigger ring sensors at an extra £210.00.
