This S54 Throttle Cable Conversion Kit combined with a standard throttle cable is designed to eliminate the S54 electronic drive by wire system, thus allowing for fitment f the S54 engine into an E36, E30 etc, as well as into non - BMW chassis.
It is machined from 6061 billet aluminum and has been thoroughly tested on many vehciles at the track, and on the street around the world.
Throttle geometry is adjustable and is able to be contoured to fit your install requirements and taste.
Kit also includes universal cable end adapter (but NOT the throttle cable itself), this adaptor is designed to attach any cable with cable diameter no larger than 0.080". The adaptor can be attached via a threaded shaft and nut. This shaft is attached via a ball joint to provide greater flexibility .
